The Club supported the efforts of Mr. CN Wong, an engineer & his team for his Shield Box Project - UVC Sterilization Machines, where they convert used or malfunctioned microwave ovens by incorporating UVC Light to disinfect the microorganisms. We pledged cash donation for their innovation. A total of 10 units were successfully up cycled and delivered for use at general hospitals in Kuching, Sibu and Miri.
