In 2019, the Club collaborated with Breakthrough Learning Centre, spearheaded by Rotarian Lau Yeo Koo, supported the initiative of setting up a library for urban poor children and residents in Stutong Housing Resettlement Area.
Breakthrough Learning Centre is a non-profit organization that aimed to help those who are caught in the web of poverty to find a breakthrough.
Custom-made bookshelves, under the pledge of Trenocon Creation Sdn Bhd were installed to equip the centre of basic amenities.
CP Lee Khee Chuan also donated story books to the children to cultivate the literacy of the communities. More story books are expected to fill up the racks.
