We had the pleasure of welcoming Kelvin Chong Fung Yuan, an expert in Kuching Land & Properties, who delivered an insightful presentation on topics such as government plans, land info, and how to create wealth through real estate. His comprehensive breakdown on the comparison of lands, houses, apartments, and industrial properties truly gave our members a valuable perspective on property investment in Kuching.

On top of that, we were honoured to have a special guest from Rotary, PP Leonard Sia, District PolioPlus Sub-Committee Chair. Who shared about the "End Polio Now" global campaign. The presentation highlighted the seriousness of Polio and the amazing progress that has been made through the collective efforts of Rotarians worldwide. It was inspiring to see how far we’ve come, but also a reminder that the fight continues until we completely eradicate this disease !
