AED AND CPR AWARENESS IN SPORTS

Event Day

We hosted a free, hands-on session led by Gary Ong, a seasoned St John Ambulance Officer (2015-2024), to raise awareness about AED and CPR in sports. Attendees learned essential life-saving skills.

Gary demonstrated the full process, and guests got the chance to practice and apply what they learned. Thanks to everyone who joined and took a step toward making our community safer!

Join us this coming Tuesday evening, 5th November 2024, at 6:30pm for a crucial and engaging session on "Play It Safe: AED and CPR Awareness in Sports".

This talk is FREE and open to everyone interested in gaining practical knowledge that could save lives.

2. Recognising Sudden Cardiac Arrest 
3. Managing a Casualty in Sudden Cardiac Arrest
