MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS ACTIVITY

Today, our club conducted a fun and interactive activity for the Interact Club at St Joseph's International School Kuching with the valuable assistance of our volunteer, Ms. Nurisme, who is a MSc Counseling Student from UNIMAS.

The aim of the activity was to raise awareness about mental health and to provide students with an opportunity to express themselves.
