KUCHING ROTARY CHARITY RUN 2023

7^th May 2023 - Event Day

 

The Kuching Rotary Charity Run 2023 was held at CityOne Megamall with Guest of Honour - YB Dato Nancy Shukri, and our Run Ambassador - Welson Sim, a National Olympic Swimmer! Our members, along with their family and colleagues, joined the 2km, 5km, and 10km run to support the cause and change many lives.

 

A big thank you to all the sponsors and donors for making this event possible. We'd also like to express our gratitude to the hardworking committee members who helped make this event a success!

Kuching Rotary Charity Run 2023 is open for registration now!!!

 

Run and support various charity projects organised by 6 Rotary Clubs in Kuching! Mark your date on 7 May 2023, Sunday.

 

The Kuching Rotary Charity Run 2023 (RCR 2023) is jointly organized by the 6 Rotary Clubs in Kuching. (Rotary Club of Kuching | Rotary Club of Kuching Central | Rotary Club of Kuching Jaya | Rotary Club of Kuching South | Rotary Club of Kuching Unity City | Rotary Club of Urban Kuching | the organizers); a body registered under Society Act of Malaysia and is governed by Rotary International.

Information for Runner

Any Individual irrespective of nationality whose age meet minimum age on 7 May 2023 (the race day) for each of the following categories is eligible to participate (the participant):

• Category of 10km RCR 2023: 16 years and above.
• Category of 5km RCR 2023: 14 years and above.
• Category of 2km RCR 2023: 7 years and above.

Participants below the age of 18 years are required to obtain parental/guardian’s consent and are to complete the relevant indemnity declaration form as deemed necessary by the organiser upon registration, failing which, the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant under the age of 18.

 

Registration for the race is only confirmed upon full payment made and upon issuance of a race identification number.

• Time: The starting times and cut off times for each category which will be strictly enforced are as follows:

10km

Starting Time: 6:30 am

Cut Off Time: 2 hours

 

5km

Starting Time: 6:45 am

Cut Off Time: 1.5 hours

 

2km

Starting Time: 7:00 am

Cut Off Time: 1 hour
