Thank you Lodge International School for including Rotary Club of Kuching Unity City (RCKUC) in the Humanities Week 2022.
RCKUC, in collaboration with 20dB Therapy Tree, gave a talk on "Self-Care" for 180 students (Year 7 to Year 9) on 10 August 2022, 8.30 - 10.00am.
The talk aims to bring awareness on mental wellness. It covers physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual self-care tips to improve the students' well-being.
